Mr. Ratia is a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants, holding a General Accounting Qualification from Centre for Accounting Studies. He has acquired 7 years of combined Accounting and Audit experience from past and the current engagements including the practice under the name of Mountaintop Accounting & Tax Consultancy. He worked for 2 years at Pekane Chartered Accountants (L) serving as an Audit Manager and a Senior Accountant. He has completed 5 years working for Sekhametsi Properties Ltd, serving as an Accountant, where he reports directly to the Board of Directors of the company. He is also serving as a council member at Lesotho Institute of Accountants and a member of practicing members committee. He served as a credit committee member at Phuthalichaba Savings & Credit Cooperative Society (Ltd) for a year, after which he served as a Treasurer for another year. He is currently the General Manager reporting to the CEO of the cooperative.
